After 30 years in the healthcare revenue cycle industry, I realized I wanted to make a more direct and meaningful impact in my community. That realization led me to pursue my long-standing interest in real estate and design—a space where I could combine creativity with purpose. I've always been drawn to the potential within a home—the opportunity to transform a distressed property into something safe, beautiful, and welcoming for a family.

My husband, Dan, is the owner-operator of a successful home inspection business, making his involvement essential in both selecting the right properties and ensuring we deliver a safe, high-quality product. His deep expertise in property systems and structural integrity plays a critical role in our process, helping us renovate homes that meet the highest standards of safety and livability.

Our daughter, Baylie, has recently returned home after several years overseas, where she served in the U.S. Navy and then worked as a civilian employee for the Navy. During that time, she also studied construction project management with a focus on operational efficiency. Now part of our team, she’s helping us streamline our renovation processes—ensuring that every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and reflects the level of professionalism we strive for in everything we do.
